Michael Robidoux
Michael Robidoux is a full professor in the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa who has led research programs studying land-based food practices in rural remote Indigenous communities for over a decade. Working with northern Indigenous communities, he examines the impact of local food procurement on local dietary practices and studies how building local food capacity can address high levels of northern food insecurity.
